Role-Based Access Control

Knowledgebase

In Sequence, roles are essential for managing user access and permissions within an organization.

Roles in Sequence define the level of access and permissions a user has within an organization. By assigning roles, you can control who can view, edit, and manage different aspects of your projects and workspaces.

Key Features of Roles

  • Access Control: Define what actions users can perform within the organisation.
  • Permission Management: Assign specific permissions to users based on their roles.
  • Organizational Hierarchy: Establish a clear hierarchy within your team by defining roles and responsibilities.
  • Security: Enhance security by ensuring that only authorized users have access to sensitive information and functionalities.
