We usually don't hear clear "pure" voices and that makes it sound un-natural, specially when it is a person talking to camera. In photography and cinema, editors usually add some noice to images to make them seem more natural. I think the general feeling would improve if we add a small amount of background noice to the AI generated versions. This will make the videos feel more natural.
